As part of our commitment to empower those we host, we have set up some extra services to help keep you from leaning too hard on freemium offerings of huge companies. It also increases your privacy by depriving those companies of your usage data, and it gives you choices when they shrink their offerings or raise their prices.
The number of perks guaranteed included in your hosting depends on your plan. Beyond that, you can request more for a small additional fee. And you’re guaranteed that we’re not generating extra value by mining or selling your data!

The one catch is that anything outside our core hosting offerings are software packages that we didn’t write. They are written and updated by independent groups of individuals who can make changes that break functionalities you may depend on. So, though our Terms & Conditions clearly state that nothing is guaranteed to meet any specific need, that goes double for perks. However, we apply the same intensive backup regime to the data you store, making data loss highly unlikely.
