The same goes for the next levels up; the main differences are in how much support time is included, and in the included amount of resources available for use.

So, what is Admin Time? An exclusive Sustainable Hosting offer, this is (included) time for work rendered to you by our tech team. You can use it for whatever you like; whether you want to brainstorm about new projects and solutions, or just want help getting the DVD player in the conference room to stop flashing “12:00”, we are here for you by appointment. Depending on your base plan above, you get a certain amount of time included for each month your hosting account is in good standing! Each plan has roll-over accumulation rules and it’s own cost for more time.

Example: you sign up in March for the Press ON! plan, and then in June, you make an appointment with us to help handle a technical issue you have (whether or not it’s related to hosting). You have yet to use this service, so your time from two months (April and May) totals 20 minutes (as March was too long ago to roll over). It takes 35 minutes to satisfy your needs, so you are charged 30* for the extra 15 minutes.

• Endless possibilities: Regardless of your chosen plan, we will contact you personally to discuss your project(s) and special needs within a few days of your sign-up/application and always before we collect any payment.
• Bonus for Yearly Payment: Plans quoted by month may be paid by year at 5/6 the monthly fee (effectively giving you two months free).
• Add-ons: Some additional offerings are free of charge, while others carry a modest additional charge. Details to be published here soon! Ask us which add-ons are currently available during your orientation call.
• More Isolation: What’s dangerous socially is ideal for hosting! We will be rolling out options for more isolated hosting containers, offered first to current customers.
